Construction of the IGHS International Hospital (Portugal)
Result:
Developed a concept for the medical hospital. Organized negotiations with the Deputy Minister of Health of Uzbekistan, the Mayor of Tashkent, and an Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Worked out the legal, investment, and infrastructure parameters for locating the hospital in Tashkent
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ)
Request:
Attract target companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan to relocate and scale their businesses within the RAKEZ Economic Zone (UAE)
Result:
Formed a large database of potential residents from the three countries; identified a high level of readiness among target businesses to enter the GCC market. The work with potential resident companies is underway, including presentations of RAKEZ’s terms and incentives, followed by negotiations and the initial stage of business localization in the UAE

Organization of the International Music Contest "Intervision" in Moscow in 2025

Renowned artists, creative groups, and jury members from 22 countries around the world were invited to participate in the Contest. The Contest was broadcast on national television in all participating countries. Advertising for Intervision was launched on Times Square

Launch of “Kelo.Cell” therapeutic cosmetic products in Uzbekistan
Result:
Developed models for the brand’s entry into the Uzbek market. Determined the commercial terms of cooperation, distribution channels, and key distributors for promoting and selling products through pharmacy chains, clinics, and specialized retail outlets. The products were successfully launched in the Uzbek market
Marketplace "Megamarket"
Request:
Organize a business mission for the top management of the "Megamarket" marketplace to China (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Hong Kong)
Result:
The business mission was successfully carried out. Negotiations were held with suppliers, warehouse and transportation infrastructure operators, as well as representatives of e-commerce platforms, to integrate Chinese manufacturers into the Megamarket ecosystem. Partnerships were established with China’s largest marketplaces: Poizon, Meituan, and VIP.com

Request:
Launch the representative office of the “Technopolis Moscow” Special Economic Zone in Shenzhen, China
Result:
Developed an organizational and operational model for the representative office.
Established cooperation with Chinese government agencies, industrial parks, and technology companies. Presented the opportunities offered by the “Technopolis Moscow” Special Economic Zone to the Chinese market

"ATOM" Electric Vehicle
Request:
Develop an investment proposal for the construction of the "ATOM" electric vehicle plant in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Result:
Developed a financial and economic model and a proposal for localizing production. Organized official meetings and consultations with the leadership of relevant Uzbek ministries and agencies in the fields of industry, transportation, and investment. The issue of launching production of “ATOM” electric vehicles in the Republic of Uzbekistan has been raised to the level of negotiations between the presidents of Russia and Uzbekistan
Yandex in Uzbekistan
Request:
Organize the delivery of mopeds for Yandex’s official integrator in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Result:
Arranged visits to manufacturing facilities in China, selected manufacturers, and agreed upon technical and commercial terms for the deliveries. Resolved customs and logistics issues related to the delivery of mopeds. The project was successfully concluded with a deal
